Classroom Collections start June 7 - July 29

For the 2010-2011 year, approximately 529 students in Spencer*s grade schools (Pre-K-6) will
need help purchasing school supplies. Classroom Collections is a project with the goal to collect the needed supplies to help these students. The project runs from June 7th-July 29th, and is co-sponsored by KICD AM 1240, CD 107.7, LITE 104.9 and Southpark Mall.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP?
Simple as A,B,C
A. Pick up bag at Southpark Mall (display is near fountain)
B. Purchase the listed supplies (costs vary between $20-$30. depending on grade chosen)
C. Return the bag to Mall Office, Claire's or JC Penney Service Desk

You may send a check supporting the project to :

And we will purchase supplies.

We will distribute the bags and supplies to the schools so they can be picked up when the students register for school in August. For the past 20 years, this program has helped Spencer's elementary school students. What a great community we live in.
